Tarifvertrag nedir?<\/h2>\n<p>Almanya&#8217;da maa\u015flar \u00e7o\u011funlukla <strong>toplu i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleriyle (Tarifvertrag)<\/strong> belirlenir. 2022&#8217;den bu yana bak\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6nemli bir kural ge\u00e7erli: Bak\u0131m kasalar\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kurulu\u015flar, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na en az toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme d\u00fczeyinde \u00fccret \u00f6demek zorundad\u0131r. Yani maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131z i\u015fverenin keyfine b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Sizin i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli \u00fc\u00e7 nokta:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Kamu i\u015fverenlerinde (belediye hastaneleri, kamu bak\u0131m evleri) TV\u00f6D-P ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/strong> Bu, Almanya&#8217;n\u0131n en bilinen ve en \u015feffaf maa\u015f tablosudur; herkes internetten g\u00f6rebilir.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Kilise ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 kurulu\u015flar (Caritas, Diakonie) ve \u00f6zel i\u015fverenler kendi tarifelerini uygular<\/strong> \u2013 bunlar da b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde TV\u00f6D seviyesine yak\u0131nd\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Denkli\u011fi tamamlanm\u0131\u015f yabanc\u0131 hem\u015fireler i\u00e7in Alman meslekta\u015flar\u0131yla ayn\u0131 kurallar ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/strong> Ayn\u0131 grup, ayn\u0131 kademe, ayn\u0131 maa\u015f. Her kademede 2\u20135 y\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ktan sonra bir \u00fcst kademeye otomatik olarak ge\u00e7ersiniz \u2013 pazarl\u0131k gerekmez. \u00d6nemli bir ayr\u0131nt\u0131: <strong>Mesleki deneyiminiz belgelenebiliyorsa, i\u015fveren sizi do\u011frudan daha y\u00fcksek bir kademeye yerle\u015ftirebilir.<\/strong> T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;deki hastane deneyiminizi mutlaka belgeleyin; i\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmesinde bunu g\u00fcndeme getirmek hakk\u0131n\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca bilmenizde fayda var: Bu tablo Nisan 2025&#8217;te %3, <strong>1 May\u0131s 2026&#8217;da ise %2,8 daha art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131<\/strong>. Kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma i\u00e7in: Almanya&#8217;daki genel asgari \u00fccret 2026&#8217;da saatte 13,90\u00a0\u20ac&#8217;dur \u2013 bak\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fc bunun belirgin \u015fekilde \u00fczerindedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bizim tavsiyemiz yine de nettir: <strong>\u0130\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmenizde hangi toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak belirtilmelidir.<\/strong> Bu, adil i\u015fe al\u0131m\u0131n temel ilkelerinden biridir ve EUHERA&#8217;n\u0131n birlikte \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fverenlerde standartt\u0131r. S\u00f6zle\u015fmenizi imzalamadan \u00f6nce maa\u015f grubunuzu, kademenizi ve ek \u00f6demeleri mutlaka g\u00f6r\u00fcn \u2013 teklifi reddetme ve kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rma hakk\u0131n\u0131z her zaman vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00fcr\u00fcst konu\u015fal\u0131m: Denklik s\u00fcrecinde maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131z daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olur<\/h2>\n<p>Size ba\u015ftan a\u00e7\u0131k s\u00f6yl\u00fcyoruz, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc baz\u0131 arac\u0131lar bu konuyu gizler: Almanya&#8217;ya geldi\u011finizde diploman\u0131z\u0131n denkli\u011fi (Denklik \/ Anerkennung) tamamlanana kadar hen\u00fcz \u201ePflegefachkraft&#8221; unvan\u0131yla \u00e7al\u0131\u015famazs\u0131n\u0131z. Bu d\u00f6nemde genellikle <strong>denklik s\u00fcrecindeki bak\u0131m personeli<\/strong> stat\u00fcs\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z ve maa\u015f\u0131n\u0131z buna g\u00f6re olur: i\u015fverene ve tarifeye g\u00f6re \u00e7o\u011funlukla <strong>ayl\u0131k 2.900\u20133.600\u00a0\u20ac br\u00fct<\/strong> aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda.<\/p>\n<p>Denklik tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda (uyum kursu veya bilgi s\u0131nav\u0131 sonras\u0131) otomatik olarak tam hem\u015fire grubuna (P8 veya kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131) ge\u00e7ersiniz.
