The 4th Elbe-Weser Health Congress once again offers a top-class platform for professional exchange between doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals. The event already attracted more than 380 participants in 2024 and received positive feedback as an inspiring meeting place for interdisciplinary training and innovation .
District Administrator Kai Seefried was responsible for the opening ceremony and praised the congress as an important milestone for the regional healthcare landscape. In terms of program content, the last congresses were already characterized by an impressive spectrum, including topics such as antibody therapy for Alzheimer’s, robot-assisted implantation of knee joints (“Best of Robotic”), heart failure and other current medical developments .
The “Vorsprung durch Pflege!” care symposium was held at the same time. It enabled professionals to receive targeted further training and provided impetus for innovative working models, appreciation in the care sector and dealing with the shortage of skilled workers .
PFH Hansecampus Stade: Modern stage for health innovations
The venue PFH Hansecampus Stade is more than just an academic center – it represents an ultra-modern combination: study, research, high-tech and industrial applications in close proximity. Technology centers, the CFK Nord research center, Airbus Aerostructures, the Composite Technology Center (CTC), as well as DLR and Fraunhofer institutes working on developments in lightweight construction, medical technology and hydrogen are directly connected to the campus .
This innovative environment underpins the relevance of the congress as a place for progress and professional dialog.
